Refund Calculation (Online Students)

For students withdrawing from the University:

If a student does not participate in a class related activity at least once every 15 calendar days within a session he/she is administratively withdrawn from the University.

First Session -  If a student does not participate in a class related activity in the first 15 calendar days of the session, the last date of the student's attendance in the previous grading period is used for tuition refund calculations. Students last date of attendance between the beginning of the course and the end of the fourth week of the first session will have an adjustment of tuition calculated according to the following formula:

Number of days remaining in quarter after the last date of attendance÷ Total number of days in the quarter = % of Refund

Students with a last date of attendance during the fifth week of the first session will have no refund of tuition for the first session and a 100% refund of tuition for the second session.

Second Session - Once a student posts attendance in the second session of a quarter there will be no refund of tuition.
