Bachelor of Science in Management
The Bachelor of Science in Management (BSM) program is designed to advance students’ proficiency and knowledge of business management theories, functions, and practices, while simultaneously preparing students for a management career.
BSM prepares the student to:
• Employ the functions and practices of management to identify and determine corrective actions for team performance issues.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the application of management theories and functions within a global work environment.
• Identify various management theories to best respond to organizational needs.
