PM872 Portfolio & Program Management
This course will explore different strategies used for managing multiple organizational projects within a business portfolio or program. Students will learn and apply multi-project management tools, methods, techniques and technologies that are used by program managers and project management offices (PMO). Students will analyze and manage a group of projects (portfolio or program) to best achieve operational and financial goals of an organization.
