PBAD420 Strategic Planning for the Public Sector

This course will involve the study of the principles of strategic planning and their application to government organizations. This course will address strategic planning theory, the design and implementation of strategic planning models, and strategic planning techniques including environmental scans, SWOT analyses, and issue-identification.
