Bachelor of Science in Psychology - Organizational Behavior Concentration

The Bachelor of Science in Psychology program is designed to provide students real world application of psychological concepts and theories. Students will develop analytic, interpersonal, and leadership skills to be competitive in today’s job market.  

 

The Bachelor of Science in Psychology prepares the student to: 

  • Examine the impact of human behavior and mental processes within the workplace.
  • Apply psychological theories and concepts within an organization. 
  • Analyze and interpret research in psychology to help make informed business decisions.
  • Employ critical thinking and analytic skills to develop leadership traits. 

The Bachelor of Science in Psychology program competencies:

  • Demonstrate familiarity with the major concepts theoretical perspectives, empirical findings, and historical trends in psychology.
  • Integrate psychological principles with self, social, and organizational systems.
