PN120 Leadership Clinical

This is an introductory clinical course that provides practical nurse students an opportunity to observe and become involved in leadership. The course addresses issues that include team building, communication, delegation, time management, legal dimensions, decision-making, prioritization, planning, staffing, role transition and ethical behavior.
