NRSG237 Pediatrics Clinical

This course consists of clinical experiences with children and their families in both inpatient and ambulatory care settings. Students will apply prior knowledge of human growth and development, biological and social sciences and the nursing process to care of children. Students will use critical thinking and decision-making to provide safe, quality care to children. Client advocacy and evidence-based practice continue to guide student clinical practice. Safe, quality performance is expected as students must achieve criteria established to pass the course
