Bachelor of Science in Project Management

Effective July 2, 2019, this program is no longer available for future enrollments at the Colorado Springs and Aurora Campuses.

The Bachelor of Science in Project Management (BSPM) is a 180-credit, globally accredited program that prepares students to lead projects and deliver value across diverse industries. Aligned with PMI® standards and the PMBOK® Guide principles, performance domains, and value-delivery system, the curriculum integrates business foundations with applied project management across Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid, and other delivery approaches.

Students work to develop skills in managing scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, risk, and stakeholder engagement while integrating project work across the life cycle to achieve organizational objectives. A capstone experience synthesizes these competencies into an integrated project plan. The program helps graduates prepare to apply systems thinking, professional standards, and analytical decision-making in dynamic project environments.

The program strives to equip graduates with the skills to integrate project tools, performance domains, and professional standards to manage work across the full project life cycle and achieve successful, ethical, and sustainable outcomes in today’s dynamic, project-driven world.
