OB440 Developing Organizational Training
One of the most essential competencies in a dynamic workplace is the ability to design and facilitate meaningful learning experiences that enhance individual, team, and organizational performance. This course examines the knowledge and skills to plan, deliver, and evaluate effective corporate training and workplace education programs. Topics covered include how adults learn and how to apply key adult learning theories to real-world contexts. Students will have the opportunity to analyze organizational learning needs, design and develop training materials, and evaluate outcomes using evidence-based metrics.
