PJM400 Project Planning, Execution, and Disclosure

This course is focused on effective project planning, execution, and closure. It examines the knowledge, skills, tools, techniques, processes, and principles used in various project management environments to manage and deliver projects successfully. Students explore how to balance scope, time, and cost by utilizing different project management tools and techniques including: Gantt Chart, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Program Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT), Milestone Chart, Critical Path Method (CPM), Critical Path (CP), Earned Value Management (EVM), Burn down chart, Net Present Value (NPV), and Internal Rate of Return (IRR).
