PJM300 Project Management Leadership
This course provides an overview of organizational leadership with a focus on leading in project management environments. Students explore techniques for effective leadership in project or program environments including effective leadership, negotiation, communication, motivation, and conflict resolution. Students will have the opportunity to build the skills necessary to lead project and program teams.
