OB315 Organizational Communication
This course focuses on the implementation of effective communication strategies across various organizations. It utilizes practical application of communication theories to develop essential workplace communication skills. This will be done through an examination of how communication principles shape organizational effectiveness. The course explores the flow of information in workplace settings, analyzing how messages move through formal and informal channels. Students will have the opportunity to explore how to navigate common organizational challenges including team dynamics, conflict resolution, and change management.
