The program helps students prepare to think and act strategically and provides the opportunity to enhance their abilities to make positive contributions in their chosen area of management expertise. The organizational development and change program provides students with the opportunity to develop knowledge and skills in working with human systems (in for-profit business or not-for-profit organizations in all sectors) to identify desired change goals, respond to unexpected change, and—through planned interventions—move from a current state to a desired state. The program is geared toward management professionals who find their organizations or clients needing guidance and support in the methods of change that can lead a human system toward desired states.
