Associate of Science in General Studies

The Associate of Science in General Studies (ASGS) program is designed to develop academic, professional and leadership skills for students to meet their career goals and provide a foundation for future learning.

 

This program does not lead to additional licensure or certification.  As such, CTU has made no determination regarding prerequisites for licensure or certification in any state or jurisdiction.

Outcomes

The ASGS Program prepares the student with:

  • Oral and written communication skills required for professional settings
  • Problem solving and critical thinking skills necessary for effective leadership in the workplace
  • A comprehensive knowledge base necessary for continued academic and professional development
