SOCL370 Urban and Rural Environments
This course will focus on planning and governance issues in the context of both rural jurisdictions and urban jurisdictions. Students will gain an understanding of the challenges involved in planning and managing in these diverse environments and the challenges each presents. Among other topics, students will study cultural, social, economic, and citizen-engagement issues in rural and urban settings.
