SCM421 Procurement and Acquisition

This course covers the procurement and acquisition process from inception to closeout. Key areas covered include third party logistics (3PL), supplier relationship management (SRM), solicitation, cost management tools/techniques, and pricing models. Students will explore the differences in the acquisition process that exist between government procurement and commercial procurement.
