PSYC425 Recruiting and Interviewing Skills

This course explores the core recruiting and interviewing skills necessary within organizations. Students will have the opportunity to discuss communication theories, principles, and practices as they relate to effective recruiting and interviewing. The course will analyze various recruiting and interview tools and their appropriate application. How effective recruiting and interviewing can increase diversity, equity, inclusion and impact organizational culture will also be investigated. Students will be introduced to the ethical guidelines and legal regulations related to recruiting and interviewing.
