POLS101 Introduction to Political Science

This introductory course focuses on building a basic understanding of contemporary and modern political theory and political systems. Students learn about basic political ideas as well as elements of varied political systems throughout history and the world. Students also gain an appreciation of the importance of understanding and actively participating in the political process.
