PM872 Portfolio & Program Management

Through literature research, this course examines various strategies used for managing multiple projects within organizational programs and portfolios. Students will have the opportunity to assess multi-project management tools, methods, and technologies to evaluate the success and failures of projects, programs, and portfolios.
