PM430 Project Management Capstone
As the capstone course in the PM program, this course requires the students to demonstrate how to synthesize and apply the concepts, tools, and techniques covered throughout this degree program to a real world scenario project. They must also demonstrate the ability to produce a project plan, use project management software, and manage project stakeholder expectations. Writing and presentation skills are also assessed.
