PBAD360 Nonprofit Organizations and Public Policy

This course will introduce the student to the non-profit sector (also known as Civil Society) and its relationship to government. The class will address the variety of non-profit organizations that exist and the role that non-profits play in society and in providing services in support of or in lieu of government resources made available to the populace.
