MGMT380 Food Service, Safety, and Sanitation

This course focuses on the principles in and tools of commercial food and beverage management, including purchasing and cost, safety and sanitation standards, and the Food and Drug Administration’s Food Code. This course is designed to provide students with an understanding of the impact of food safety on an organization’s profit and loss, how to create reasonable inventory estimates, and proper storage techniques.
