MATH211 Applications of Discrete Mathematics for Computer Systems and IT

This course introduces students to Discrete Math concepts and provides tools for logical thinking critical for success in computer science and information technology applications. Students will have the opportunity to become familiar with number systems, logic, Set Theory, sorting and searching algorithms, data structures, and counting theories. In addition, they will focus on problem solving strategies important for success in technical careers.
