LOG668 Inventory and Supply Chain Management
This course presents a systems approach to managing inventory in single or multiple operational and / or profit centers. Emphasis is on minimizing or eliminating out of stocks and responding to immediate customers’ demands. Managing orders originated over the internet to the profit center or operation unit is discussed in details. Students will work on a project reduce out of stock in their unit or units.
