HRMT220 Staffing the Organization
This course examines the legal, technological, and strategic issues related to hiring, recruitment, selecting and staffing an organization. Topics to be considered include: recruitment resources, interview strategies and preparation of interview questions, determining how to "fit" in the organization, legislation that affects hiring, reference checks, employment tests, documentation and employee orientation.
