HLS400 Constitutional Law and Public Policy Analysis

In this course students will discuss and analyze concepts of Constitutional Law and Public Policy as they apply to Homeland Security. Students will also evaluate homeland security policies in terms of their effects on civil liberties, and the public’s involvement in homeland security.
