CS473 Data Mining
This course introduces students to the foundations, commonly used algorithms, techniques and tools, as well as applications of data mining. The course will cover data collection and preparation, data classification, mining association rules, clustering, and the real-world applications where these techniques are used. Students will develop software to conduct data mining functionality based on the application requirements.
