COMS210 Communications in Public Sector Management

This course will focus on the development of knowledge and skills in managerial communications for the public sector. Communication is one of the key areas that public sector managers and employees need to master in order to succeed in the context of rapidly changing environments, advances in communication technologies, and increasing measurement of performance.
