BADM840 Business Legal and Ethical Environment

The course will focus on the ethical and legal framework of businesses. The course will cover many aspects of law and ethics including legal foundations of business, contract law, international law, governance, ethical theories, environmental laws, corporate social responsibility, and ethical practices throughout the value chain of a business.
