Master of Science in Homeland Security - Cybersecurity Policy Concentration (Program delivered via Virtual Campus)

The Master of Science in Homeland Security with a concentration in Cybersecurity Policy is a 52-credit-hour program that is offered online. The program consists of 36 credit hours in the homeland security core with 16 credit hours dedicated to the cybersecurity policy concentration.
The program is designed to provide students with the opportunity to develop analytical and communication tools to allow them to become decision-makers in one or more areas of the homeland security field. This program focuses on helping students develop the knowledge base of other disciplines within the homeland security enterprise to pursue leadership opportunities in federal, state, and local government or the private sector. The Cybersecurity Policy concentration will focus on the challenges, laws and institutions that govern cybersecurity policy and will delve into cybersecurity strategy as well as the role of government and the private sector in cybersecurity policymaking.
This program does not lead to additional licensure or certification. As such, CTU has made no determination regarding prerequisites for licensure or certification in any state or jurisdiction.
