PM220 Project Management Tools

This course emphasizes a step-by-step, hands-on approach to teach students the use of automated project tools such as Microsoft Office Project to help effectively plan, design, and manage a project schedule from start to close. Students will have the opportunity to build a complete project schedule from a given or chosen scenario, and manage project resources, plan cost management, estimate costs, and determine the project budget. During the course, students will examine the fit and appropriate use of various other tools, like Rally, Jira, and Service-Now.
