MGMT385 Customer Service Excellence

The focus of this course is on building sustainable excellence in customer service. Students are taught the skills necessary to communicate professionally, enhance customer and employee relationships, and modify processes and systems to exceed customer expectations. Understanding how the various ‘people skills’ that: build customer and employee loyalty, increase credibility, and demonstrate confidence, are used to drive customer service solutions before problems occur.
