PBAD240 Diversity Issues in Public Administration

This course is designed to introduce the student to the issue of diversity and its role in public administration. Topics to discuss include the effect of gender, race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, skill level, physical ability, communication styles, and inter-generational issues on the public sector environment – both with respect to employees and clients.
