MPM357 Project Performance and Quality Assurance

In this course, students will explore quality assurance concepts and principles within the total project quality management framework. Students will also study benchmarking, the contractual aspects of quality, quality tools and techniques that utilize statistical process control, process improvement, yield management, quality issues of incoming material control and quality audits.
