MATH330 Essentials of Probability and Statistics

Introduces basic concepts of probability as well as models of complex random events.  Covers methods for the characterization of random processes as discrete or continuous distributions as appropriate.  Properties of such processes and distributions are computed use manual and automated means and applied to real-world problems.
