GL825 Global Leadership and Trans-organizations
Individuals and organizations strive for positions of leadership in domestic and international organizations. Students will develop an understanding of leadership strategies for global corporate executives to enhance their own characteristics and those of other leaders in organizations to achieve success. Strategic designs are reviewed to ensure organization structures are understood and plans for change and implementation are developed to achieve optimum performance.
