VC221 Advertising Design Principles

This course will establish a broad understanding of the importance of marketing and advertising in today’s world. Market research, consumer behavior and a variety of advertising techniques will be discussed. Communication skills and design techniques that are necessary for creating promotional materials and advertising campaigns will be explored. Case studies are used to demonstrate how to develop advertising strategies. Students will learn how to apply advertising concepts. Individual and team activities will be an important part of this course.
