PM870 Life-Cycle and Performance Management
Possessing the skills to manage the entire life-cycle of programs and portfolios is critical for an organization to remain competitive in today’s global and turbulent business environment. Just as important is determining and measuring performance of programs and portfolios to ensure they are effective and efficient. This Doctoral level course is designed to prepare the senior level program or portfolio manager with the knowledge and tools to integrate various product or service life-cycle frameworks with program and portfolio management concepts. Additionally, this course will analyze how to measure and assess performance through-out the entire life-cycle of a program.
