NRSG155 Pharmacology Basics

This course outlines the basic concepts of pharmaceutics, pharmacokinetics, pharmaco-dynamics and pharmacotherapeutics. Students will calculate proper medication dosages using different systems of drug measurements. Principles of intravenous therapy techniques, complications, fluid balance and the responsibilities of the RN are included.
