MGMT826 R&W VI: The Practice of Process Consulting & Intervention

Students will be involved in live interventions in an organization within their field from entry and planning through delivery and follow-up based on the approved proposal developed in R&W V. These will start with basic interventions such as interview and feedback/action planning to Future Search, Appreciative Inquiry and related techniques. Course is pass/fail.
