HRM350 Workforce Effectiveness

This course covers a variety of areas related to creating an effective workplace. It includes several aspects of human resource administration such as selection, training, development, and appraisal. This course also emphasizes a systems approach to the workplace environment and explores the human/machine design interface in order to create effective working conditions.
