SUR102 Introduction to Surgical Technology

This course is an introduction to the principles and practices of surgical technology. Professionalism and standards of conduct will be reviewed. The student will demonstrate the techniques of opening and preparing supplies and instruments needed for operative procedures with emphasis on asepsis.
