PM357 Project Performance and Quality Assurance

In this course, students will explore quality assurance concepts and principles within the total quality management framework in manufacturing or service organizations. Students will also study benchmarking, the contractual aspects of quality, statistical process control, process improvement, yield management, quality issues of incoming material control and quality audits.
