PALS425 Debtor/Creditor

This course provides an overview of the rights and remedies of debtors and creditors. The effect of secured and unsecured transactions from the debtor and creditor perspective will be examined. The implications of a bankruptcy claim as it relates to the debtor and creditor will be discussed.
