ID612 Leadership

Provides a systems approach to developing the successful organization of the future. Students will examine how to lead others, stimulate purposeful innovation, build culture and manage change. Change models and methodologies are discussed within an environment of rapidly changing technology. An emphasis is placed on understanding the management issues involved in implementing organizational changes. Students develop an understanding of the knowledge and skills necessary to maximize their productivity and effectiveness as change leaders.
