HIT140 Healthcare Management

This course provides an introduction to the management of healthcare organizations. Management practices relating to organizational planning, organizing, controlling and motivating are discussed. Special emphasis is placed on management within professional healthcare settings including hospitals, large clinic settings, for-profit and non-profit organizations.
