EBUS308 Introduction to e-Business

The intent of this course is to provide many more opportunities than merely selling products electronically. It covers how to integrate suppliers, customers and employees into a community of partners working toward business success. Additionally, during the course, the student will investigate how to create and market new products and services, manage supply chains, foster organizational change, improve communication, and establish electronic customer service. Case studies are used to investigate successful and unsuccessful e-Business practices.
