SCM310 Material and Inventory Management

In this course you will examine current principles and techniques employed in managing inventories as an integral part of a company’s supply chain. Emphasis is on developing the right mix of inventory locations and levels to minimize cost and maximize profit. Impact of supply chain disruptions and ways to mitigate them are also covered.
