PALS330 Paralegal Studies Practicum
The Paralegal Studies Practicum gives the student practical experience as a paralegal in a mock field setting. Students will have the opportunity to demonstrate an understanding of the legal process and the role of the paralegal in providing legal services, competency in key areas of law, and an understanding of the ethical boundaries in the role of the paralegal. Students will work as part of a problem-solving team member in the role of a paralegal.
