HSS481 Externship/Project I
This course provides an opportunity for the student to apply learned concepts directly in a healthcare setting with a preceptor/mentor. The student will observe healthcare operations and participate as a member of the healthcare management team. During this phase of the externship, the student will identify a project for planned implementation through the next phase of the externship. The student will be expected to make a written and/or oral presentation during this course.
